Maxwell is an astute entrepreneur and investor with diverse industry and business experience, as well as policy formulation and implementation expertise, gained in various private and public institutions, with a proven track record of formulating strategies to drive the achievement of corporate vision and objectives.

He holds a B. Tech in Architecture from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology and a PGD in Architecture from the University of Jos.

He was a former Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister of Energy & Chairman, NNPC Board. He was also Commissioner of Energy as well as Commissioner of Youth, Conflict Resolution and Employment Generation in Bayelsa State.

He has a strong track record of impeccable performance and outstanding capital project delivery. In his role as the Commissioner of Energy, he designed and implemented the Bayelsa State Energy Master Plan, oversaw the development and financing of the state’s IPP projects, kick-started the state’s Rural Electrification Programme, transformed the ministry’s processes by deploying modern ICT systems to enhance capacity development, and worked closely with key stakeholders to ensure cooperation between the oil companies and their host communities as well as youth groups, which significantly enhanced production output. In his role as Commissioner of Youth, Conflict Resolution and Employment Generation, he designed and developed the blueprint for Youth Development and Employment generation, set up the Youth empowerment and Capacity-building training scheme which led to the training of youth as commercial helicopter pilots and seamen, and formulated the Triple-E policy of Engagement, Education/Employment and Enforcement which led to the Bayelsa Peace Accord and the signing onto the Federal Government Amnesty programme.

He has attended various courses, seminars and workshops such as Finance for Non-Finance Executives, EPC Contracts for the Energy Industry, Natural Gas Value Chain as well as Public-Private Partnerships. He is currently on the Boards of Ellah Lakes Plc, Oloibiri Petroleum Development & Exploration Limited and Secure Records Management Solutions.

Florence (Flo) Okoli has over 20 years rich and varied, cross-functional and multi-industry experience spanning Energy, Telecommunications & Advisory Services with a strong focus on Energy and Infrastructural Development.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the prestigious Harvard Business School. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

She commenced her professional experience in Arthur Andersen (now KPMG) and has worked in other leading organisations such as MTN Nigeria Communications (as a member of the pioneer staff), ExxonMobil and Shell.

Florence possesses deep commercial experience, having played a lead commercial role in key gas monetization projects and negotiations for Shell. She also played a pioneering lead commercial and advisory role through Shell’s leadership and participation in restructuring the Nigerian Gas and Power industry through the joint industry development and implementation of the Nigerian Gas Master Plan (NGMP). In the Chief Investment Officer role for All On, a start-up impact investment entity, set up by Shell to accelerate access to energy for off-grid communities in Nigeria, she drove All-On’s investment mandate and successfully led the deployment of its initial investments in key renewable energy companies.

She is currently on the Board of C&I Leasing Plc as a non-Executive Director.

Jude Uwandu obtained a BSc. degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Port-Harcourt and an MBA in Business Management from the Enugu State University of Science & Technology. He has over twenty years working experience spanning Oil & Gas, ICT and Banking. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Chartered Tax practitioner.

Specifically, Mr. Uwandu started his major working career in the Accounts Department of West African Oilfields Services where he functioned as an Accounts Officer for over six years. He proceeded to the Banking industry in 2001 where he worked for a total of thirteen years (13 years) and rose to top management position cutting across different banks. While in the banking industry, he rose to become the Head of Retail Banking covering Port Harcourt and Yenagoa markets. His last two banks include First City Monument Bank (FCMB) and Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. where he held the positions of the Branch Manager in both banks.

Richard D. Ogugu is a Strategic Business Development & Administrative Professional with over 17 years successful experience in providing management, fiscal, strategic and operations leadership. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Port-Harcourt, an M.Sc. degree in Economics from the Benue State University, specializing in Development Economics and an MBA in Oil & Gas from the CWC School of Energy, London. Richard is a member of several professional bodies such as the Nigerian Economic Society (NES), Certified Institute of Nigerian Economists (CINE), Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), and Nigerian Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management (NIPSM).

He has attended institutions such as J.F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University - USA, International Law Institute, Washington DC - USA, CWC School of Energy -London, Administrative Staff College, Hyderabad -India, Lagos Business School etc.

He has also attended several training programmes locally and internationally on Oil and Gas, Local Content Development, Public Private Partnership (PPP), Privatization & Commercialization, Capital Markets, Project Finance & Management, Procurement etc.

He worked with the Bureau of Public Enterprises, where he was part of some landmark privatization transactions and Bayelsa Oil Company Limited, owner and operator of OML 46 before joining Erasko Energy Limited.
